A lot of words could be expended, but - at present - the reality of the situation on the ES daily futures is that a new fractal break is needed.

Right now, the pattern is compressing. It could break up as a triangle, or it could break down as a diagonal.
We're just giving things lots & lots of time to play out. So, calm, caution and flexibility remain the operative themes until the market gets more directional.

DeleteDoes anyone else find it remarkable how indifferent markets appear to be to the imminent entanglement by the current administration, of the country in yet another costly military adventure in the Middle East? The level of hubris is stunning. The outright stupidity even more so. Both China and Russia have been quietly helping Iran prepare for what would be an act of stupendous folly people who should know better. Mark my words. Trump starts a war with Iran and his political life comes to an ignominious end. We shall see if someone has him by the short hairs, so to speak...he is not that stupid!!!
